Login to SignCloud account : https://stacks.signcloud.tv/
Click on the screen menu and select all the screens. (Tips: You may select all the screens by ticking the first screen in the screen list and hold on to the shift button on your keyboard and select the last player in the list.)
Click on the check box beside the download button
Click on “Send command” and select “Clear data” from the drop down
Click on the “Apply button” to complete clearing the cache. **(Do note that the player will require some time for it to redownload the sequence. Downloading time may differ based on your ISP provider.)
