SignCloud Set Up: Checking network connection on player

Step 1: Connect USB mouse to SignCloud player.

Step 2: Click right-click several times and click on the “Exit” button to exit the player application.

Step 3: Click on the “Setting” button.

Step 4: Go to Wi-Fi connection, please select Wi-Fi tab and make sure Wi-Fi is “ON”. Select the Wi-Fi network you would like to connect and fill in the Wi-Fi password to connect.

Step 5: Make sure Wi-Fi is “ON” and select the Wi-Fi network you would like to connect.

Step 6: Key in the password to Wi-Fi network and click “Connect”.

Step 7: Go back to main screen by clicking mouse right-click and click on the browser icon.

Step 8: Browse any web page (eg: http://signbox.tv) to make sure your internet is working. Please share the result with us for our troubleshooting purpose. 

Step 9: Go back to main page by clicking right-click and click on the  menu icon.

Step 10: Click on the “DS Loader” application icon to launch the Signcloud application.
